Over more than three decades leading manufacturing operations across Mexico, I’ve learned that most plants don’t need a complete overhaul — they need someone who can walk the floor, ask the right questions, and turn what they find into real, measurable change. That’s what I love doing. Whether it’s untangling a bottleneck in production flow, rethinking material handling, or bringing in smarter automation like AGVs and collaborative robots, my goal is always the same: results you can see on the P&L within months. I’ve helped plants cut their footprint in half with under a year to pay it back, and pushed OEE up by 25 points or more — and I’d genuinely enjoy doing the same for your team.
I’m also passionate about lean management and Six Sigma — not as a buzzword, but as a way of working that sticks. As a Black Belt, I focus on building continuous improvement into the culture of a plant, so it doesn’t fade once I walk out the door. That means practical tools like SPC and root-cause problem solving, but just as importantly, it means coaching your people so they own the improvements long after the engagement wraps up.
The third thing I bring is a deep comfort with quality systems and certifications — IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, TISAX, and OEM programs like Ford Q1 and GM QSB, among others. I’ve taken plants from struggling with customer returns to earning top-tier scorecard ratings, and I’d be glad to help you get through an audit, recover from a rough patch, or simply build a stronger quality foundation from scratch.
