Thanks for visiting my blog. I started my career on the automotive electronics industry back in 1995. It has been more than 30 years since the first day I joined my first company, on February 20, 1995 – quite a ride !!
I started as Supplier Quality Engineer and then progressed to managerial roles within the same function. Eventually moved to Production Manager, Operations Manager, Quality Manager and to Plant Manager in 2013.
This blog is written with the purpose to share my experiences and lessons learned across all these years. I hope readers can go thru the articles and find useful tips on how to become successful on the current overly competitive working environment.
